Pastor Gene has been the Senior Pastor of CWC since June 2003. He and his wife Joy serve as partners in ministry. They are the parents of three girls; Wende, Cyndi, and Mysti, all of whom are out on their own.

 

 

Assistant to the Pastor - Joy Rothfuss

Joy is a licensed minister and serves on the staff of the church in a variety of roles, including office administrator and Director of Women's Ministries. She is Pastor Gene's wife.

Assistant Pastor for Young Adult Ministries - Jay Stewart

Pastor Jay is in charge of CWC's ministries to the young adult community of Colby, including college students, young singles, and young couples/families. He and Pastor Justin share responsibility for ministry to high school students. Pastor Jay and his wife Kelly have one daughter, Imogen "Immy" Stewart, born May 2010.

 

Assistant Pastor for Student Ministries -  Justin John

Pastor Justin ministers primarily to the middle school students, and shares ministry with Pastor Jay for the high school students. His wife, Morgan, aptly assists him in his ministry.
